Stand Up Paddle Surfing

The latest surf craze from Hawaii

Explore North Cornwall - Daymer Bay, Polzeath and the Camel Estuary.
Stand Up Paddle surfing uses an oversized surfboard and an extended single blade paddle to move and steer across the water.
The ultimate equipment for all conditions: Paddle on flat water, explore secret caves and coves along coastlines or cruise rivers and lakes. Surf the smallest waves or the largest extreme conditions. S.U.P. can do it all!
Your elevated position enables you to spot the good waves and the paddle gives you the power to catch them earlier than traditional surfing. You will feel like 'King of the ocean' and to observers it will appear that you are 'walking on water'.
It is very easy to learn and a great cross training exercise. But be warned! once you catch your first wave it becomes addictive.
Doom Bar Surf Co. will teach you to S.U.P. in safety with local waterman Alex Murray.
A qualified B.S.A. Surf Coach and R.L.S.S. Beach lifeguard with over thirty years of surfing experience.
